Service Description

This service is for the Church and Kingdom minded members that need a Kickstarter with their video and live streaming for their platform. We help the church and members get in front of screen for broadcasting. CONSULTATION - With hours of research and knowledge of the equipment and operations of Live stream setup we will have consultation with client to determine their Live stream needs. ASSESSMENT - We will come in person to give in person evaluation and assessment of current video setup and changes that would be optimum for Live stream in the client's space or venue. We can then advice for which gear and equipment would be best for the client setup and put together gear and cost sheet according to their budget for them. PRODUCTION - we will come to the client space and setup the gear for them, and we will train their volunteers /operators that will be using the equipment. We can come the first event client uses the new gear to shadow the operators as they use the new setup to assist with any problems or technical difficulties. CUSTOMER SERVICE - If there is any malfunctions or technical issues, we available on phone to assist and walk-through procedure to remedy the problem. From an hour consultation to in person assessment to us coming to setup live stream, it can be anywhere from 6 hours to 8 hours commitment of our dedicated services!

Cancellation Policy

Late bookings can be made as late as same day photoshoots within 12 hours of requested shoot time. Booking deposits go toward studio cost and any rentals and balance. Booking deposits will be forfeit if photoshoot is not cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours of shoot. If any emergency in which causes the photographer to cancel or reschedule photoshoot, customer can cancel and be refunded booking deposit if wished.
