Service Description

Providing cinematography coverage for corporate events like Gala's, Workshops, Keynote speeches, company Balls and more. Recommended, we will provide at least 2 videographers with cinema cameras up to 6K resolution and zoom lenses for optimum quality and multiple angles of coverage for interchangeable cuts during the editing process, which gives a wider and full professional capture of your events atmosphere. If the event and the coverage requires it we may offer 3 videographers for the larger events. In addition to the standard coverage of speakers during the event and honorees we will also capture plenty of B-roll of event space itself with decorations and guest, including but not limited to mini interviews of guest and their experience or testimony, etc. AUDIO: Professional audio will be capture with wireless mics on host or speakers in addition to external audio recorder pulling audio from a DJ or PA system of the event. VIDEO: Professional cinema quality video will be captured from 4K and 6K cinema camers with wide dynamic range and Log picture profile with more latitude for range and color grading, and with sensor size of the industry standard Super35mm or up to Full Frame. EDITING: Our editing is nothing short of professional multi layered process from mixing and footage and audio to the meticulous process of color grading the footage with industry standard tools and adding graphics to compliment the company and its image. QUOTES can range from 1 to 2 videographers to a 3 videographer team for your event coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Late bookings can be made as late as same day photoshoots within 12 hours of requested shoot time. Booking deposits go toward studio cost and any rentals and balance. Booking deposits will be forfeit if photoshoot is not cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours of shoot. If any emergency in which causes the photographer to cancel or reschedule photoshoot, customer can cancel and be refunded booking deposit if wished.
